Efficient and Safe Solutions

Foss operates a large fleet of petroleum barges, with the capacity to handle up to 35,000 barrels, and we work with customers to plan bulk and bunker moves that are both efficient and reduce risk. Two new double-hulled, 24,000-barrel petroleum barges–designed for environmental safety–will soon be added to the San Francisco Bay area.

Foss supports upstream oilfield development projects with full project management and marine logistics solutions. Specializing in extreme environments and in delivering cargo to remote sites, we provide marine transportation of platform topsides, platform cargo, construction cargo and modules.
